Text Box: Introduction Introduction Fleur de Lys was established in 2007 by myself, Mandy Draper, after realising that this dream and ambition of mine was not going to go away!. After training at Capel Manor Horticultural college and gaining a National Certificate in Floristry I gained further experience by working with various florists and taking on some of my own work from home. During this time I designed flowers for many functions, weddings and other occasions. I have a real passion for flower design and I am constantly looking for ways to create new inspirational designs.
